The It's OKAY Zine 5 is jammed packed with creative goodness. From art to poetry, photography to music and much, much more!! As well as creative work the It's OKAY Zine contains written pieces of personal experiences of those who have been effected by mental health struggles.

The purpose of the Zine is to bring to light our mental health experiences in aid to help others and open up important conversations. We also celebrate the creative work of others to inspire and promote that creativity is a purposeful tool to use to communicate and express ourselves. We also love to share cool art with you!!!
