OKAY workshops are back!
This summer we have delved back into the world of workshops as Sara hosts some special projects.
Workshop | Sheffield | Art | Skateboarding | Community
The It's OKAY Project has been taking some much needed time off whilst we re-evaluate the business and create important plans for the future. Founder, Sara and her family made a huge relocation up North and now settled in sunny Sheffield. Sara has recently been working with like minded local community projects and began some new creative adventures!
Always An Alternative
Sara teamed up with Ant from Always An Alternative which is a Sheffield organisation focussed on preventing knife and gang crime through a delivery of educational workshops. It's OKAY Project is half way through leading a creative, 4 week programme for kids receiving free school meals. We just love delivering these programmes and meeting these fantastic, imaginative young minds.
Here's what we've been up to so far....

New Wave
It was an absolute pleasure to join New Wave at The House Skatepark in Sheffield to host a creative workshop alongside the monthly Marginalised Genders Night this July. We hope to join Amber again and bring a range of creative workshops to the skatepark environment. There are some seriously talented artists in this skate park and we had the pleasure of making some portraits with them and enjoyed a cheeky little skate afterwards.
